I work with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues providing services that span from therapy for depression and grief counseling to parenting support, couples counseling and beyond. PLAY THERAPY
All of my work with children, and their families, has caused me to marvel at their ability to adapt, grow, change, learn and heal. I work one-on-one with children, as well as with their families, utilizing play, and art therapies.
ADOLESCENTS
When working with adolescents I use a Cognitive Behavioral approach, among a variety of other therapy techniques, and always work from a strengths-based perspective.
ADULTS
I work with all adults who are motivated to improve their current situation by making needed changes, resolving issues, and re-imagining their lives.
